Following our recent announcement that justgeek.com is closing, we want to keep you informed on what this means for you. While the current site will no longer be trading from 30th April, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Below are answers to some of the most common questions.

Is my pre-order still safe?

Yes. All pre-orders remain secure and will continue to be fulfilled as planned. You will receive updates as your order progresses, even after April 30th.

Can I refund my item after 30th April?

Our refund policy hasn't changed, you can receive a refund up to 30 days after purchase, anything after this cannot be refunded.

Why is Just Geek closing?

We are moving to our sister brands over at TUBBZ and Numskull, to focus on the collectibles you love. Our team remains the same!

What happens if I need help after 30th April?

Help is still accessible for customers even after the website ceases trading. You can reach us at help@justgeek.com for any queries or concerns.

 When is the last day to order?

You can order from justgeek.com until the 24th April.

I have a gift card, what can I do?

If you do not plan on using it before 30th April, please get in touch with us via help@justgeek.com.
