Standard UK delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99 (Free on all orders over £50)

DHL Domestic Express UK (1-2 working days, order by 1pm GMT for same day dispatch) - £5

Special Delivery UK (guaranteed next working day after dispatch) - £9

DPD next day, Order before 1pm.  - £8.5 to £30 depending on weight.

International DHL Express (1-3 working days for Europe & USA) from £9.50$9.50/€9.50 (calculated at checkout)

European DHL Economy (2-5 working days) from £12/$12/€12 (calculated at checkout)

International DHL Express (5-10 working days for rest of world) from £20/$20/€20 (calculated at checkout)

If you are outside the UK, and your country has customs import limits for purchases sent from outside your country, you may be required to pay import duty fees when your item arrives. Please research this before ordering, as we are unable to calculate them, or charge for them in advance, as part of the order.

If you place your order by 2 pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will ship your order on THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. If you place your order on a bank holiday, it won't be dispatched till the next working day.

*Please note the cut-off for DPD Next Day and Saturday Delivery is 1 pm. Any orders placed after 1 pm weekdays will be dispatched the following day.

• EU - Eight business days
• Rest of the world - Twelve business days

If you order has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the courier as well as checking with neighbours or any safe spaces you have where the order could have been left

Once you have done the above and not located your delivery don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order we're really sorry for the error (it doesn't happen very often, we promise!) Please send us an email at help@justgeek.com

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited.

If you have changed your mind or if there is an issue with the wrong shipping address / wrong item ordered, please contact customer service straight away so the order can be cancelled.

Unfortunately, if the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order at your own cost, and we will refund the order.

Please note that any products purchased that are marked as shop soiled or clearance on the site are exempt from our refund policy, and will not be refunded.
