Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited.

If you have changed your mind or if there is an issue with the wrong shipping address / wrong item ordered, please contact customer service straight away so the order can be cancelled.

Unfortunately, if the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order at your own cost, and we will refund the order.

Please note that any products purchased that are marked as shop soiled or clearance on the site are exempt from our refund policy, and will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Instead, please see the returns policy. 

*PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU HAVE PRE ORDERED A PRODUCT AND IT IS NO LONGER ON THE WEBSITE IT MAY HAVE SOLD OUT. YOUR ORDER IS SAFE AND WILL BE DISPATCHED WHEN STOCK ARRIVES*

All pre order products will be dispatched upon their arrival in our warehouse.

The best place to check for due dates is on the product page on our website, we will update due dates as soon as we know of any change. Supplier dates are rarely set in stone so we will be as upfront and honest with you about any changes.

Currently the only way to find out is to sign up to the Just Geek mailing list and keep an eye out for updates around the product / brand you wanted.

We will shortly be implementing a 'email me when back in stock' system where you will be able to register your interest in a product and you will receive a email when it comes back in stock.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from Just Geek you can unsubscribe from all marketing emails.

This can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails as shown in the below screenshot.

Please wait for the following amount of days to pass:

  • UK - Six business days
  • EU - Eight business days
  • Rest of the world - Twelve business days

If you order has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the courier as well as checking with neighbours or any safe spaces you have where the order could have been left

Once you have done the above and not located your delivery please contact us.

If we receive some stock but not enough to fulfil all pre-orders, we will dispatch on a first-come, first-served basis – and will send an email to everyone unlucky enough not to receive their item confirming the next delivery due date to make sure you are happy to continue with your order.

We do charge for pre-orders at the point of order, not dispatch – think of it as a pre-paid present to yourself!

Please note - if your order includes pre-order and non-pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when the last item comes into stock.
